How to Shop at Vintage Jools:

Our products are categorized by type and signed and unsigned. The navigation bar at the top and the jump menu below take you to the gallery where all items are displayed.

Shopping Cart:

Click on an item to view bigger picture and details of the item. Use the "Add to Cart" button to purchase the item.

A "View Cart" button is inserted with every item to allow you to keep track of your shopping every step of the way.

Please click on the ask a question link in each product if you would like more details or more pictures of certain items.

Feel free to pile up your shopping cart. You can always review your purchases before checking out.

We use Paypal as payment method. Through Paypal we accept all major credit cards.

Should you prefer a different payment method, email us to work out the most convenient method for you.

Keep Shipping Cost Low

We minimize your shipping cost by offering fixed shipping charges comparable to any local postal services for any amount of purchases up to US$100.

When your purchases are over US$100, we offer shipping for free.

Exchanges and Refunds Policy:

In the description of our products, we try to provide as much detail on each item as we observe. We make a point of highlighting wear and tear pertaining to each piece. Where no wear and tear information is provided, you can assume the piece is in good to excellent condition.

We are sure you appreciate the fact that vintage jewelry has been around probably for longer than you and I, that they inevitably will show signs of age.

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund.

Exchanges:

If exchange for items of lesser value, no refund in the price difference will be offered.

If exchange for items of higher value, customers will be requested to top up the difference in prices.

For all exchanges, customers are kindly requested to cover the full cost of shipping the returned items as well as for the shipping of the exchanged items.

Exchanged items will be shipped only after the original item is returned to us in the condition it left us and after payment for shipping and price difference is finalised.

Refunds:

We offer refund for items returned to us at the cost of the customer. The items returned must be in the same condition as they left us.

Refunds will be made after deducting the actual shipping costs we incurred in shipping the products.
