Exchanges and Refunds Policy:

We describe each item in detail and highlight wear and tear if there's any we can see. Where there is no such mention, you can assume the piece is in good to excellent condition.

You and I both know that vintage jewelry has been around probably for longer than you and I, that they inevitably show signs of age. However, If you are unsatisfied with a purchase due to inaccurate product description, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund.

Exchanges:If exchanging for items of lesser value, no refund in the price difference will be offered.If exchanging for items of higher value, customers will be requested to top up the difference in prices. For all exchanges, customers are kindly requested to cover the full cost of shipping the returned items as well as for the shipping of the exchanged items.Exchanged items will be shipped only after the original item is returned to us in the condition it left us and after payment for shipping and price difference is finalised.

Refunds:We offer refund for items returned to us at the cost of the customer. The items returned must be in the same condition as they left us.
